Why Indian Economy ignore low Global Oil prices

Brent Oil and Crude Oil trading at multi years low , even now Indian Economy not benefited as much and Petrol and diesel prices not come down, When global oils near $100 per barrel petrol prices near 80 now Oil prices trading below $40 per barrel but petrol prices not come down as much.If Petrol and diesel prices down , automatically inflation controlled, But it not happening. Rupee trading near Rs.67 per US Dollar .
           Nifty changed it path when Rupee started correction.No one assured where Rupee stabilize against dollar. I trust Nifty never ignore rupee value , Yesterday bounce is purely depends on Rupee value only,
